Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of your order, unless otherwise specified.

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Insurance is added upon request and is paid by the customer. Items will not be shipped until payment has been processed.

 

Please note: international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. These rates are calculated by your country, and unfortunately we do not have any control over the amount you will be charged. Payments will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery. Customs fees are non-refundable. Customers who reject on international shipment will be responsible for the customs fees and shipped charges to and from your country. Refunds and Exchanges

I truly believe you will absolutely adore your Blair Ritchey order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email info@blairritchey.com immediately. Only items returned within 7 days in their original/unworn condition will be accepted for exchange or store credit. Once the item(s) are received and the above conditions are met the new item(s) will be shipped promptly. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges with the exception of defected merchandise. 

Please do not ship back any orders without first contacting us via email for correct return address. Return packages must include insurance and a tracking number.
