We accept returns of original/unworn items within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued via gift card only. All monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned. Requests to return gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, and returned it, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

MAIL YOUR RETURN

Please do not ship back any orders without first requesting a return. For accepted return requests, we will email a prepaid shipping label. Returned packages must be shipped back in original box/packaging (duster, tissue paper, ect.).  

Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, and returned it, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund via gift card.
