I truly believe you will love your Blair Ritchey order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email orders@blairritchey.com. Do not ship back any orders without first contacting us. Return packages must include insurance and a tracking number. 

Only items returned within 10 days in their original/unworn condition will be accepted for exchange or store credit. 

A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges with the exception of defective merchandise. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from credit.

Once the item(s) are received and the above conditions are met the new item(s) will be shipped and/or store credit will be issued within one week.
